Content generated using our AI services is provided 'as is' without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated code and content before deployment. KrossBuild is not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.
KrossBuild provides tools to interact with various blockchain networks. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that KrossBuild is not responsible for any losses incurred due to user error, smart contract bugs, or blockchain network issues.
Certain features of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
