End User License Agreement

KrossBuild grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the KrossBuild platform and its services for building, deploying, and managing blockchain applications, subject to the terms of this agreement.

You may use KrossBuild to develop Web3 applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; (b) remove any proprietary notices; (c) use the platform for illegal activities; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (e) resell or redistribute the platform without authorization.

Code generated through our AI tools is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before deployment. KrossBuild is not liable for issues arising from AI-generated content.

You acknowledge that blockchain deployments are immutable and irreversible. You are solely responsible for all smart contracts and transactions deployed using KrossBuild. We recommend thorough testing on test networks before mainnet deployment.

KrossBuild retains all rights to the platform, including all software, code, designs, and documentation. Your projects and code created using KrossBuild remain your intellectual property.

Your use of KrossBuild is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

Paid features require an active subscription. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

KrossBuild is provided 'as-is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or blockchain transaction failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold KrossBuild harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to KrossBuild at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of KrossBuild after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KrossBuild operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
